Pharmeasy utilises a secure and confidential
delivery service in conjunction with Toll Australia,
for delivery of medications to you at home or at
work, or wherever in Australia you happen to be.
Your preferred delivery address is recorded by us at
time of enrolment. This can be changed at any time,
simply by
contacting a Senior Health Account Manager
with your new details or at the time of ordering.
All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt.
If there is nobody available to accept and sign for
the delivery at the agreed day and time, the parcel
will be retained and delivered at another time.
Pharmeasy reserves the right to charge for this
additional delivery.
Australia Post is used, only in instances where
members specify that they would like their orders
sent to their Postal Boxes. We can also send your
orders via Australia Post Registered Mail.
Delivery Times
At Pharmeasy we try and ensure that your order is
delivered at a mutually convenient date at an agreed
timeframe with
Toll Australia.
Pharmeasy will agree with you a day and timeframe
for your order to be delivered in 3 working days of
placing your order with us (if placed prior to
1.00pm NSW time).
For regional areas within Western Australia, your
order will be delivered in 4 working days.
Note that you can always opt to have your order
delivered on a later day which is more convenient
for you. We will confirm with you upon confirmation
of your order the exact day and time of your
delivery. Please contact us immediately if you wish
to change the day or if no one will be available to
sign for delivery at the scheduled time.
A Senior Health Account Manager will notify you of
any delays in delivery such as products that are
currently out of stock or discontinued, or if other
events beyond our control, such as the weather or
transport strikes, cause delays.
Auto-send Orders
Pharmeasy members on ongoing medication who utilise
Pharmeasy’s FREE Medication Management service may
also select the option of having their medication
auto-dispensed on a regular date each month.
For members who have opted for this service, a
regular standing order will automatically be placed
for you and the pre-agreed delivery date will
automatically be applied.
At Pharmeasy, we appreciate changes in
circumstances, by
contacting a Senior Health Account Manager
we will be more than happy to arrange
alternative dates and times or alter your standing
order to suit your needs.
Online Ordering
For orders placed over the Internet, you also have
the added benefit of choosing a specified delivery
date.
In instances where your delivery requirements fall
outside our regular timeframes or you would like
your delivery despatched earlier, please
contacting a Senior Health
Account Manager to discuss
your requirements.
Order
Packaging
To ensure your privacy, your order is delivered in a
sealed, personally addressed plain package.
All Pharmeasy members will be provided with
medication supply summaries which detail every
delivery, the number of days supply dispensed and
the number of remaining repeats available. This
statement will also let you know when you are due to
return to your doctor for another prescription.
In addition our pharmacist also provides our Members
with specific product information.
Our current Member’s Special Offers will also be
included in your package. We also from time to time
provide you with free product samples which enable
you to try for yourself our great range of products.
Low Delivery Cost
For the
one small delivery fee you can have all your
prescription medication and other pharmacy needs
delivered to your door.
We deliver
anywhere in Australia for a small delivery charge of
just $5.50 (inc. GST) for a standard parcel (up to
5kg). This price includes hand to hand courier
delivery via Toll Australia or delivery to your
Postal Box using Australia Post’s parcel service.
For
packages sent via Registered Mail using Australia
Post the fee is $7.50.
Pharmeasy reserves the
right to charge extra when the package is over 5kg
in cubic size or weight. A Senior Health Account
Manager will notify you of this at all times prior
to proceeding with your order.
International deliveries are charged per kilo of weight with standard packages up to 500g at AU$14.00 (inc GST). We will confirm with you the actual delivery charge prior to proceeding with your order.
Online Ordering
If you
have previously provided us with your email address
you will be sent an order confirmation email at the
time that your order is confirmed into our order
processing system. This email will contain details
of your order, your order number for tracking
purposes and your agreed delivery day and timeframe.
Another
email will be sent to you on dispatch from our
pharmacy.
All
Other Orders
Members
who have provided us with an email address will
receive confirmation of their order via email at the
time their order is entered into our system for
processing. Another email confirmation will be sent
on dispatch from our Pharmacy.
If no
email address is held, a Senior Health Account
Manager will inform you of your delivery time and
date at the time of ordering.
Online Tracking
You can
track your order’s progress after dispatch by
logging online to the Pharmeasy website and entering
your order number and pressing the “track order”
button. You will then be able to see the latest
information
Toll Australia has on your
delivery.
A friendly Senior
Health Account Manager is always available to assist
in any queries relating to your Order and delivery
information.
