Your personal information
OUR OBLIGATIONS:

Information provided to Pharmeasy by a member
will be used solely for the purpose of providing
the services described above to that individual.

Pharmeasy will not disclose information about
any member to any third party without the
express permission of that individual.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS:

Members should provide true, current and
complete information about themselves as per the
Pharmeasy membership form; and
-
Must notify Pharmeasy promptly of any
significant changes to this information.
Reminders
Our repeat reminder service will contact you
approximately 10 days before your medication is due
to run out to confirm delivery and supply details,
or alternatively if you prefer, a standing order for
delivery on a monthly or regular basis can be
arranged.
We are also able to combine deliveries and repeat
management services for members of the same family
or household if this is to your convenience.
Medications
All Pharmeasy members will be provided with
medication supply summaries which detail for every
delivery; the numbers of days supply dispensed, the
date the supply will run out and the number of
remaining repeats available. Patients will be
notified when they are required to return to their
doctor for another prescription.
It is important to note that medications have a
use-by date and will expire. The Pharmeasy service
will ensure that medication supplies are always
delivered at the appropriate time to guarantee that
both your medications are fresh and that you always
have sufficient supply.
Prescriptions are no longer held one year after
issue date.
Payments
Payment will not be processed until your order has
been confirmed in our system.
An email confirmation will be sent at this time and
a receipt included with each delivery.
Payment may be made by cheque or money order, direct
debit, credit card or gift voucher. Payment
options are advised in detail with every delivery.

8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday EST/EDST.
